Lollie Reed - Life Only

Word reached me today that our dear, beautiful beloved Feathered Pipe friend, Lollie Reed, passed away. There's a lot I probably could know about Lollie that I don't, but here's what I see in her and what she's already given me:
An elegant and wise yogi. She had such a beautiful practice.
A beautiful friend. Her and Gayle - always together for time at the Ranch at Erich's Schiffmann's retreat. The two of them were like a couple of swans with a lifelong close bond, arms entwined the way swans wrap their necks around each other when they swim forming the universal symbol of love.
A lover of Freedom Yoga. Watching Lollie listen to Erich's dharma talks at the Ranch, with that effervescent smile, we always took in what Erich had to say more deeply because we could also see and hear him through your eyes and ears and heart.
Godspeed Lollie. Oh how we love you. We'll be looking for you.
(Like Smiley said today, "Now she can come visit us in Montana on a regular basis.")
